About Amber
Amber started her writing career selling short stories to confession-type magazines. It was all she had time for when she had young children at home.
Amber draws on her own experiences and challenges to create realistic characters who must overcome internal and external adversaries to attain their ideas of a purposeful life and happiness.
Amber has many creative hobbies, such as diamond painting, plastic canvas crafts, and jewelry making, just to mention her current interests. She believes keeping her hands busy contributes to her mental health.
Because Amber’s characters often deal with emotional issues, her website includes a resource page with links to articles and crisis lines on those subjects.
